Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've had a consistent routine for 9 months now, but am not really seeing any progress with some hyperpigmentation (from sun damage, not acne), and while I don't expect my dark purple under eye circles to disappear I was looking for some improvement (mostly due to tear trough). Also, just general anti-aging forehead wrinkle reduction. (I'm 29, so trying to get on top of things). I eat an antiinflammatory diet with plenty of water, and get plenty of sleep with a silk pillowcase. I'm a month out from my wedding so don't want to make major changes, but my skin is pretty tolerant so if you have any ideas on what I can add for a last minute boost I'd appreciate that. Also, I'm looking to tweak my routine after the day so long term tweaks welcome too.My skin will take all the moisture it can, is sensitive to fragrance, and I avoid alcohols as best as I can. I added things one at a time with at least a month inbetween.
