[Acne] Skin broke out horribly virtually overnight, can't see a doctor till at least Monday (that's if they can get me in same day).. what do?

So yesterday I woke up and I had a few small pimples on my forehead and a few on my chin/jaw. They are like little whiteheads but are red and inflamed, just very small and not painful. Crossed my fingers that it wasn't what I think (fungal acne). Well, today I woke up and they multiplied x 1000. I have a few more on my chin and jaw, but my forehead is literally covered. I went from 100% clear skin to completely ravaged in TWO DAYS. I do not get breakouts like this ever. Is there anything I can do to help my skin over the weekend? I've been using 1% clotrimazole cream the past couple days but it isn't really doing anything (I had what I believe to be fungal acne on my face last year and this took care of it at that time, and the improvement was fast). I just finished a round of antibiotics for a sinus infection which besides the look of the acne and the sudden onset make me think it is definitely fungal. The last time I took antibiotics was around 7 or 8 years ago and my back broke out in an awful state. Soo many pimples and so itchy. So yeah, freaking out a little. Any recommendations for the weekend and for the future? Anything over the counter I should try?
