[skin concerns] Moisturizers breaks me out and gives me closed comedones. Without it, I have flaking dry skin. Don't know what to do.

I have tried Cerave, Cetaphil, Eucerin and many other Swedish brand moisturizers. But i keep gettong cc's and some active acne. I don't know what to do and winter is coming so im sure as hell gonna need something.Im male and 20 years old living in sweden.
