[Acne] Got off birth control pill a year ago - my skin has been a complete nightmare since.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I was on Yasmin for 6 years, since I was 18. I've always had a bit of acne, but it wasn't all that bad, and it all completely cleared up when I got on Yasmin. It was all great for almost 6 years until I started noticing quite often my legs were swelling and I'd feel uncomfortable when sitting or laying to the point a few times it was difficult for me to fall asleep. I freaked out after figuring out it might be some vein insufficiency issue related to the pill and stopped it (my GP said he didn't think it was it, but I didn't feel he was particularly interested in my symptoms). After stopping the pill all the issues went away, but I've been left with cystic acne on my chin, jaw and sometimes cheeks, and I can't find a way to help it. I changed my routine a few times and nothing seems to help, though I'm yet to try retinoids. To be honest I feel nothing I apply on my skin makes it either better or worse.Apart from acne I have some minor (?) issues with my period, as it seemed to have stabilised after a few months, but now it's 3 weeks late again. At the beginning I had pimples all over my back and chest as well, but it went away.Anyway, I am absolutely sure my acne is hormonal and I'm getting really frustrated and my confidence went downhill. Is there any chance it will clear up in the next few months, if it hasn't cleared up for a year?I'm really considering getting back on the pill at this point. My only other option is to go to a doctor privately (long story, but dealing with the NHS is likely to cost me almost as much while taking much longer), but who should I see? A gynaecologist? An endocrinologist? A dermatologist?Or should I just ask my GP for some other pill hoping it would also help, while not giving me the side effects? I'm hesitant to try something new, as I know hormones can cause pretty bad mood problems for me, and I'm already dealing with quite a few mental health issues. I also haven't put on any weight or really had any other side effects from Yasmin, which for 5.5 years was a magical pill for me.
