Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi. I am a 21 y/o male suffering from dehydrated oily skin. To be exact, my skin's always felt tight yet gets really oily when not moisturized (which I think is the description for the two terms i used above).I've been on a LONG hunt, trying several OTC moisturizers from cetaphil, dove, dermaveen, aveeno and some korean brands to find the right one that will hydrate my skin without being too oily. However, everything's either been hydrating to the point it makes my skin oily OR matte but making me feel tight on my face, not the perfect balance.I've recently purchased Cerave in the Tub due to some reviews saying it works good for dehydrated skin too. I've started using it after shower last night, and while it is INCREDIBLY matte and doesn't make me feel oily upon application, i felt like I needed to reapply it a few times because my skin still felt kind of tight. The oiliness still is kind of there, but I understand that will take a long time to change with a new product. So I have three questions:Is Cerave in the tub not that good for dehydrated oily skin or do I need to stick with it more, reapplying it every now and then until skin adjusts to it.Whenever I wash my face or any body part that I applied Cerave to with water, it feels INCREDIBY slippery, but not because of oil because that happens to my hands too. Is this common or does it mean my skin's not absorbing it well?Does anyone have moisturizer (hopefully affordable) recommendations for my skin type? Thanks so much !
