[Skin Concerns] I posted here some months ago about forehead lines, and I've finally figured out what was making them so horrible.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've since deleted the post, but I posted here about how I would wake up in the morning with my forehead lines aging me by at least 10 years. Since I have quite vivid dreams, I assumed it was some sort of tensing issue in my sleep, or being overly expressive (which I am) with my face during the day.You guys gave a ton of great advice in that post, but a lot of it (drink more, use certain products, etc.) was something I was already doing, or geared toward things I couldn't afford (like Botox). Needless to say, despite doing 'all the right things', my forehead lines were ever-present and getting worse. But when I woke up this morning, I looked in the mirror and they looked... minimal. I've had them for a few years now (I'm 29), particularly on the side of my forehead where I raise my one eyebrow often. But this morning, they were barely noticeable. The only thing I've done differently is switch my cleanser. Three days ago I ran out of shitty, off-brand cleanser (I'll give you a moment to stop cringing...) and bought CeraVe for oily skin (because woah momma was my skin oily - another thing that perplexed me about the lines since my skin wasn't 'dry' at all - undoubtedly the result of stripping my skin twice a day, every day, for several months). I had balked at the price of CeraVe in the past, but ended up getting it on sale and with coupons, so I thought I'd give it a shot.Long story short, after I would cleanse with the crappy cleanser, if I didn't moisturize pronto, my face felt tight and painful, almost like if I moved too much it would crack like a clay mask. The CeraVe, however, is a dream. I'm so thankful to have finally figured out this issue, and though I don't recall seeing that particular suggestion in my last thread, I DO recall reading about how good CeraVe can be in the past throughout this subreddit. Thanks ladies (and gents)! Now, I'm off to read more about the routines in the sidebar to see if I'm making any other rookie mistakes :x
