[Routine Help] Getting on Accutane right before a 2 month trip around Europe this summer?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Right now my derm wants me to try a combo of antibiotics and a prescription topical cream for 2 1/2 months to half see if it works, half satisfy my insurance for when I try Accutane. I also take an over the counter probiotic to make sure my digestive system doesn't get messed up and I don't get a yeast infection. Its been a week and my face feels awful, I got two new cystic zits and the topical cream doesn't do anything but make my face feel all tight and red and sensitive. I also have very painful stomach cramps like super strong hunger pains since taking this. After the 2 1/2 months of this, my derm said we could look into the generic forms of Accutane. Great! Except a few days ago my best friend surprised me with asking me to go on a two month journey across Europe, spending most of our time in Spain and Italy. So here are my problems:I would be starting accutane right before going on my trip, I'm not even sure if I could get the prescription in the mail before I jet off to Europe since my appointment will be only a week or two before we leave.I'm not sure if doctors can give me a prescription that will last 8 weeks? Is that normal or do they only give you enough for 4-5 weeks before you have to refill? And the biggest problem: I'm not sure how I feel about starting accutane right before vacation. I'm not sure how my body would react, also since I'll be in Spain/Italy for most of the trip I'll have to wear super protective sunscreen since its so sunny there. What do I do?! I rather not being dealing with another two months of these dumb antibiotics, but I also refuse to spend this once in a lifetime trip to Europe with gross, painful cystic acne if I can start to cure it now! Could I convince my derm to let me start it now?
