[Skin Concerns] My forehead seems like it has a permanent rash

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm a 27 year old male. I took Accutane when I was 20 and it really helped with my acne. The dry skin was so miserable, but I came out the other side with very clear skin. Since then I haven't really had to think about acne. I've kinda come to a stance that less is more when taking care of my face - which has totally worked until recently. My routine is basically non existent. Whenever I shower (usually every other day) I just let the warm water spray on my face from the shower head, no soap involved. I usually only wash my face with soap once per week or two, and when I do I use dr. bronners unscented in which I've put a small amount of patchouli and lemon essential oil in for my own fragrance. If I do wash my face with soap, I put on cetaphil moisturizer all over my face. I usually only clean shave once per week, but when I do I put on neutrogena sensitive skin post shave balm all over my face. This is my entire routine and pretty much all I ever do to my face. All I can think to add is that I pretty much always wear a little bit of Tresseme full control hair spray in my hair (it's thin/fine) to help make it more manageable.About 6 months ago my forehead really started to break out. It kind of seems like acne, but kind of like a rash. My forehead is basically always covered with a collection of small red bumps and general redness. It feels like I always have a sunburn - It hurts! This is probably the main reason I don't do too much to my face - I don't want to upset the rash monster on my forehead. Sometimes it seems like it's clearing up but then it turns red, bumpy, and starts burning again. Here's the best pictures I could take of the situation.Any advice/constructive comments would be much appreciated. I'm very, very excited to have a clear forehead again.
