Hi everyone!I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant. In December, I had to undergo an emergency appendectomy.(Great timing, am I right?) It was laparoscopic, so I have 3 scars on my abdomen, each about and inch in length. The stitches were dissolvable and have gone away by this point.I'm worried about what effect the stretching of my stomach during pregnancy is going to have on them. They're red and raised up, and itch like crazy. I try to rub some Burt's Bees Mama Belly Butter (I think that's what it's called), but I don't know what effect it'll have.I know it's not exactly common for someone to have fresh surgery scars while still pregnant and getting bigger, but does anyone have any advice?Thanks everyone!
