[Acne] - Do people use a moisturizer for "Dry and normal skin" on certain areas, and a moisturizer for "oily" skin on others?

I use cereve dy to oily moisturizer on my face, and ive had just the worst forehead acne for the longest time now but I dont want to stop using because I don't want want to have wrinkles at a young age. My haircut lady told me that my forehead is super oily while the rest of my face isnt, and she said I should use a moisturizer for my forehead that is for oily skin only. Has anyone ever done this?Can I get something like this for a fair price at walmart?
