[Acne] I popped a pimple and it turned into a wound. How can I get rid of the scar it left behind?

About two or three days ago, I popped a really annoying pimple on my upper lip...a little bit of blood came out in addition to any of the usual white stuff. I put some Neosporin on it, and left it alone. I'm pretty sure it scabbed over and now, several days later, I am left with a soft pink scar. Can I get some tips on fading this? (My skin is really sensitive-can't use Proactive-so I'd appreciate some things that might work for sensitive skin, thanks <3)
