[Misc] I dropped my actives and started a routine to fix my dehydrated skin. Active acne went away immediately, but I got a few whiteheads that look EXACTLY like purging. Anyone ever experience this?

I know purging only happens with actives and this isn't purging, but it looks identical: a few teeny tiny whiteheads with no redness, in areas where I usually breakout. I don't think I'm reacting to any of the products I'm using because I've used them all before, and this doesn't look like my typical breakout (I usually get inflamed acne). Plus, my normal acne subsided immediately.
