Beauty Tips For Body Care
hi, newcomer here so sorry if i don't post perfectly so i'm turning 27 in a few days and feel like this would be a good time to start including some measures to prevent aging in my skincare. my skin is SUPER SENSITIVE so my general rule is less is more. my current routine is very simple: -drink a shitload of water, drink green tea daily and eat pretty well -cetaphil cleanser, cetaphil spf 50 daytime moisturizer for day, cetaphil moisturizer at night -don't wear makeup cetaphil is the only product that hasn't irritated my skin and i generally pretty much no complaints with my skin now i recently started doing Avène Ysthéal retinoid cream once a week, at night, usually saturday night because i do nothing but lay around the house sunday. mild irritation with two zits now on my 4th week in. frustrated but determined to get through this rough patch. my question for you lovely folks is would you recommend any other low maintenance things to think about for a girl inching closer to 30? is a if-it-aint-broke-don't-fix-it attitude ok for skincare or should i be doing more to prevent problems before they start? thank you in advance!! (p.s. just learned not to use baking soda on my face thanks to this subreddit. thank you! it's been my go-to spot treatment for about a year and actually worked great but now i think i'll find something else)
