Just counted out 34, I look like a damn star chart. A couple are three dimensional and might be best surgically removed. But most are just small dark brown dots the size of a wooden pencils lead. Is there any way to remove these? More keep coming and I can't just cut them all out.I'm sorry if this post is atypical, it's my first time consulting ScA. Thanks for your time.
