[anti-aging] is it okay to skip sunscreen? Crazy I know... but I mean for 3 minutes of sun or less.

I just mean in general, if I'm going to be walking strictly from my house to my car, then from my car into work... and then back again. I probably total 3 minutes of sun per day... is it okay to skip sunscreen on days like this? I'm using tretinoin and other actives so I am trying to minimize irritation / dryness.
