Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'd never used anything Pixi but I really like Caroline Hirons so I decided to try out her double cleanse. It's a tub split in 2 with half makeup removing balm and half cleansing cream. The balm is fine. I've tried many balms and have found they all work overall the same. But the cleansing cream make my face feel really dry and tight shortly after watching. Within moments I was desperate to get to the moisturizing steps of my nighttime routine. I have combination/oily skin and it's not often a cleanser is drying. For my mini balm review, I've used Hemish All Clean Balm, the Banilaco Clean It Zero and the Clinique Take the Day Off. By far I prefer the Hemish All Clean Balm. It was almost a tie between the Banilaco but the Hemish just rinses cleaner. The Clinique one has a smell that really bothers me, I can't place it but it's very strong and I don't care for it. Plus I find that it doesn't emulsify as well as the others. I have maybe 5 uses of the Clinque one left but I finally had to give up and get a new one from Hemish. Ahhhhh sweet relief.
