Purchased the glycolic acid toning solution despite the waiting time due to the massive amount of orders. After happily opening my package I was greated with a half open and leaking toner. The box was covered, though not much was missing.Sent an email explaining my situation and was asked to send in pictures. To my surprise they're happily sending me a replacement and I get to keep the leaky bottle! I usually have bad luck with companies and even though I'd heard nothing but good things about the ordinary I was skeptical after seeing the condition of the package.The toner works great btw :) Im sure you all get tired of the ordinary posts but I thought something positive like this was worth posting.Tl;Dr The company lives up to the hype and customer service is incredible.
