[Product Question] Anything that can help with crepe-y eyelids when you're already in your 50s?

I'd love some suggestions, because this is way outside of my little skincare bubble. My mother has recently developed really crepey eyelids - doing her make up today I was shocked at how it compares to 3-4 months ago. I honestly don't have the first clue about what to recommend to her, and with it being such a delicate area I don't want to misinform her. Also, my mother is awesome - I want her to look and feel fucking amazing. Any suggestions?
