[Skin Concerns] Can anyone help me figure out what's going on with my skin? Went from smooth and clear skin to this in 3 days..my skin looks lumpy and the tiny dots on the left feel like literal sandpaper. Haven't changed any products lately. Clindamycin isn't really helping either!
