[Skin Concerns] Is my scar going to be better in the next months?

Around mid August I cut myself badly when shaving my face (still a newbie) and it scarred, leaving a little sunken scar on the right side of my lipsAfter around 2 months, now, I'm left with a reeeally shallow athropic scar, and I don't know if there's any kind of possibility that it is going to get better on its own in the next months and actually "raise" slowly by itself or if I'm going to have to do something/I'm stuck with this sunken scar?Does anyone have any experiences with this kind of "shaving" scars?
