Beauty Tips For Body Care
This is my first post on SCA , but I’ve been a long-time snooper on SCA. It has been very helpful for me in finding my routine. On the left is my face about 15 months ago. I had tried a LOT of things. Spiro definitely worked for me but it didn’t help with my redness and hyperpigmentation. I went off Spiro because I knew I was going to get pregnant within months and had to explore other options. I tried Asian skincare and made the mistake of adding 7-10 new products all at once. Whoops! Skin freaked out. Had to start from square one. I stripped my routine to the following:Night: Noble Formula Argan oil zinc bar, Melazepam azelaic acid 20% Morning: nothingI would say 90% of my improvement began there. I had MUCH better skin within months and then recently wanted to start incorporating more things to really get my skin to where I wanted it. Now I use the following:(Keep I mind I have combination, sensitive, acne prone skin with hyperpigmentation and redness)Night: remove eye makeup, Ocusoft lid cleanser (prone to styes), wash with noble formula bar, MUAC mandelic acid toner, Teddie Organics Rose Water spray toner, Kate Blanc Rosehip Seed Oil, Melazepam, Ordinary Caffeine under eye serum, Cerave baby moisturizing cream.Every other night I use MUAC mandelic acid serum. I use Adult Acnomel as spot treatment.AM: maybe splash face with water or jump straight to MUAC mandelic acid toner, followed by rose water spray, rosehip oil, Melazepam, and Cerave baby moisturizing cream.I’m going to start incorporating a few other skincare products over the next month or so (Ordinary lactic acid 5%, Yoghurt of Bulgaria Moisturizer with 8% Urea, Squalane oil, and some everyday sunscreen)Thank you so much for being a place where I could educate myself on skin care! I’m excited to finally join the community and share my progress. :)https://i.imgur.com/USv5zZp.jpg
