Beauty Tips For Body Care
I wanted to share my favorite products and my simple-ish routine. I don't have any specific skin issues except very dry skin, stress reactions and hormonal flare-ups. My favorite products are non-aggressive to help those issues. All of them (except Drunk Elephant) are drugstore prices (between $10-$20). Here's a link to the picture of the products: https://imgur.com/a/r6sVMeWAM:- CLEANSER: Eau Thermale Avene - Cleanance Hydra - Soothing Cleansing Cream (French) : it's a creamy blueish liquid that I use to wash my face with. I doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after using it. I have tried other Avene cleansers but this is my favorite. I bought it last year and it's still not empty, I love how long it lasts.- MOISTURIZER: Sana Nameraka Isoflavone Facial Cream (Korean): I've tried popular creams like First Aid Beauty's coconut water cream but it feels like my skin tightens and tingles, I have tried common ones like Pond's cold cream but it makes my face feel heavy and sticky. This korean cream has been a perfect blend: hydrating without feeling sticky/heavy.PM:- MAKEUP REMOVER: Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water (French): I use this to remove my makeup with cotton pads. It works really well and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. I could almost skip washing my face afterwards. It also lasts very long. I've bought this one a whole year ago.- CLEANSER: the same Avene Cleanance Hydra that I use in the morning.- SERUM: Drunk Elephant T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum (US): I've recently bought this mini-bottle due to the reviews and popularity. So far, I've loved it. Previously I had used Stridex or Paula's Choice CLEAR Acne Body Spray with 2% Salicylic Acid to deal with some hormonal flare-ups. I know Drunk Elephant's Framboos is a different type of acid but it doesn't sting or leave my skin feeling dry and seems to help with smoothness and small flare-ups.- MOISTURIZER: Hada Labo Rohto Goku-Jun New Hyaluronic Cream (Korean). This is a heavier cream than my morning one so it's a great nighttime option. I like these korean products that I bought in a local supermarket because they are cheap (compared to $30 high-end moisturizers) but keep me hydrated very well.I hope this can give some ideas to people looking for products when having very sensitive skin.
