[Product Question] How long are anti-fungal creams such as Lotrimin Ultra effective for?

I have been using Lotrimin Ultra on my shoulders for close to 3 weeks now with incredible success. I applied it twice a day for the first week, but now I am down to only applying in the evenings. Never have my shoulders been this clear! I would like to keep it that way obviously, but I'm worried that my skin will eventually become resistant to the treatment. Is that possible? If so, what should I do to prevent this?
