Beauty Tips For Body Care
I had pretty bad bouts of acne as a teenager, and without knowing any better I picked at it and popped pimples. Now I'm paying the consequences as a 21 year old guy. I don't get active acne nearly as often, just the odd pimple here and there, but my facial skin texture is a little bit rough and I've got very small pockmarks, some indentation, and some scarring.I'm not real eager to do dermabrasion, laser treatments, or facial chemical peels if I can avoid it. What can I do on my own to heal my skin besides just waiting and time? I've heard micro-dermabrasion can work over a period of months, anyone had any success in healing their skin like that? What other options exist? Or should I just get it all over with and do one of the more intense treatments I mentioned above?Edit: in response to a comment, my AM and PM routines are:AM: Exposed Skincare Kit AM Salicylic acid face wash (3%) Salicylic acid clearing tonic (1%) Benzoyl peroxide creamPM: Exposed Skincare kit PM Face wash Clearing tonic Clear pore serum (salicylic acid)
