hello, I picked up some samples of La Roche-Posay EffaclarDuo from a dermatologist, I don't really have active acne at the moment but I thought I'd try to use it on my nose for the filaments and to my surprise it has greatly reduced them after a few days. It's ingredients are benzoyl peroxide and LHA (lipohydroxi acid).YMMV but it did help me tremendously.
