Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi guys,I got a massive cystic zit during my cycle. I’ve tried Medik8 Blemish SOS since it appeared to no avail.Tomorrow I’m going to the doctor in hopes that they can kill it with a cortisone shot (it’s PAINFUL even when I blink). I’ll keep you all updated (if you want). Any suggestions for the meantime?I usually get hormonal zits during my cycle, but this is the biggest I have had! I've used ZitSticka in the past (I've run out) and that's been semi helpful, as has Medik8 Blemish SOS for my last ones. Generally I find nothing helps them completely and I just have to sort of let them run its course. I can't find any spearmint tea here, but will drink a peppermint+spearmint blend by Twinings when I remember. I am moving back to the US in December and planning on ordering spearmint tea from amazon (if I ordered now it would probably arrive right around when I fly back). My routine is:AMTO squalene cleanserTO niacinamide serumPhilosophy Purity Ultra Light MoisturizerDermalogica Prisma Protect spf 15Ultra Violette Clean Screen Mineral Sunscreen on my melasma and scars (I am swapping this to Medik8’s physical sunscreen soon because UV’s hurts my eyes and I am out of my 12 ml bottle of Dermalogica spf and need stronger suncreen for my whole face)PMTO Squalene cleanserCOSRX BHA Blackhead power liquid (then wait 30 min)TO Alpha Arbutin 2% + HAIf I am feeling extra dry: TO plant derived squalenePhilosophy Purity Ultra Light Moisturizer(I live in Aus and summer is approaching).I rarely wear make up, but *sometimes* I will wear La Roche Posay BB cream (but obviously not on this massive zit).https://preview.redd.it/32wpgj9qlrz31.jpg?width=2320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e4ed208e247703dba38dc70f7b89b8275330d151Lol look to the right.
