Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have combination, acne and blackhead prone skin. For the most part if I am regular with my skin care routine, my sin is like a 7/10. But whenever I am having a particularly bad bout of depression, I will not even wash my face for days or weeks, let alone moisturise/use sunscreen. A lack of interest in hygiene when you are suffering from mental illness is actually a pretty common symptom (pls don't be grossed out) so I thought you guys might have some advice.Whenever my anxiety flairs up and I find myself being functional, I will be obsessively picking at any imperfections on my face and I'll try to do too much because of the damage neglect has caused. So my skin keeps going from 0 attention to 100% of my energy. My pores are becoming bigger, my skin gets extremely dry or extremely oily depending on how I'm treating it. What should I do? I guess my issue is largely behavioural but I'm also interested in undoing whatever damage I've inadvertently caused.
