Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all, I want to reduce my dark circles and so far no eye cream that claims to help with dark circles have done anything to reduce them. I know that vitamin C is supposed to have brightening effects, but I'm scared to put that close to my eyes after reading here that people have damaged their eyes from it. What alternatives do I have? My current "solution" is color correcting+concealer...
