[Misc] People who got multiple microneedling sessions, were they worth it?

Background: I used to have mild to severe cystic acne and was first given Retin-A to treat it. But it didn't go away and I was put on accutane for about a year which completely got rid of my acne since 2 years ago. I've been trying to remove acne scars with otc retinoid & retinol but I don't feel like they have done much to my scars. I've been thinking to get professional microneedling at the derm office. I am still on the fence about it because it seems several treatments are needed and it can get expensive.So I have a few questions for people who have done microneedling multiple times.Do you think they're worth it? How much do you think the appearance of your acne scars has improved? I know everyone is different but I am expecting about 50%-60% improvement for my rather shallow acne scars. What was the length of the needles being used? I also get wrinkles on my forehead and was wondering if microneedling can make them less apparent as well.Thank you!
