I never stopped getting cystic acne on those areas until recently, but the pictures show the beginning when it was at the peak. The other pictures are from today, which obviously show a lot of progress from consistent moisturizing and use of other products. Right now I use cetaphil, moisturizer, occasionally exfoliate, and drink a shit ton of water. I get a few pimples here and there but it's pretty much from processed food or dairy.I'm considering getting some treatment from the good ol dermatologist to see if my scarring can be improved. I've already accepted I won't have 100% clear skin, but I'm hoping most of them will improve in texture and sight.Does anyone know if a trip to the dermatologist will achieve this? What would be the best treatment (laser, microneedling, etc)? And is there anything I should do personally to improve the texture or color? Thanks for the input and I wish you all clear skin.
