Beauty Tips For Body Care
About a year ago I cut refined sugar nearly entirely out of my diet for a couple of months while on an elimination diet. My skin looked wonderful and clear. At the time I wasn't sure whether it was just coincidental timing, or whether it was diet-related. I'm going to cut sugar again to see if it helps this time around, but I love sugar and I'm finding it difficult to stick to. Does anyone here have any success stories to motivate me?!
