[routine help] how to not look so shiny but still be moisturized?

I already have pretty dry skin but my current routine includes tretinoin so I use lots of moisturize, and of course sunscreen in the morning. My skin is very shiny in the morning and gets pretty dry by the end of the day, so does anyone have recommendations for something that might be an occlusive as well as mattifying? I don't like my skin being super dry or super oily so I'm only comfy and looking cute for like a couple hours in the middle of the day. I'm open! Maybe a good bb cream? A moisturizer with occlusive and mattifying ingredients? Preferably non comedogenic because I'm prone to acne but like I said I'm open to trying different stuff!
