[Misc] Is a dedicated Hyaluronic Acid serum really that necessary, since HA is in pretty much everything?

I was looking into the INCI labels on the products I use and found that most of the moisturizers I own have some sort of an HA in them.Those that don't have other humectants such as glycerin for instance. This got me into thinking. I've been using separate, dedicated HA serums for over a year. In this day and age, when most of the moisturizers/toners etc. already contain HA, is a dedicated serum really a must, even for the ones with dry skin?Thank you
