Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’ve always been in the habit of moisturizing my entire body, including my hands, but I’m wondering now if that’s not enough. I wash my hands sooo much that I’m sure in 5 years they’re gonna probably age by 20.I always hear people say that the same thing you do to your face you should do to your neck, chest, and hands because they all show signs of aging as well. I take this to mean literally everything you do to your face except for exfoliants since the rest of our body doesn’t have the same type of sebaceous glands as our face.High cost aside, I find it very hard to have a whole hand routine given how much I wash my hands. I always apply lotion through the day, but even before bed, I think I’m all set for the night, then I have to get up and pee or something else happens that necessitates further hand washing, so I just wash any serums I may have used on my hands after my face. What do you guys do? Is there any one step moisturizer or balm that includes everything that might work for hands but might be too heavy or comedogenic for the face?Older folks of the sub, do you regret not starting an anti-aging routine for your hands sooner? It’s really hard to tell what pays off versus what’s just unnecessary extra work.
