Tangentially related to the Purito scandal. My last tube of the green level sunscreen ran out just before the news about it broke and with all the (then) speculation about it's effectiveness I thought it was a good time to start experimenting with different sunscreens again. In cutting out the Purito however I learned the centella extract in it was actually doing some heavy lifting when it came to managing my redness! I never would have realized it was making such a big difference until I removed a product with what I thought was just a trendy bonus ingredient.Just curious if others had an experience like this and what with. Instant results are amazing of course, but I feel like it can be easy to miss or forget the results you're getting over time from an old standby product until you see what your skin is like without it again.
