I thought this thread might be helpful to create in case anyone else wanted to post their experience/process of getting refunds from the various PURITO sellers.PURITO recently posted the following statement on refunds:We want to keep the communication channels open and offer you full refunds for the following products, purchased within the last six (6) months, dated from June 1, 2020, to December 9, 2020. PURITO Centella Green Level Unscented Sun PURITO Centella Green Level Safe Sun PURITO Comfy Water Sun BlockPurchase is eligible for a refund if: the transaction was made from June 1, 2020, to December 9, 2020; the refund request has been made by December 31, 2020 11:59 PM KST; you have the receipt and/or proof of purchase. If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please contact the customer service of the store you have purchased the product from. Please note that the refund policy applies to purchased PURITO sunscreen products whether or not they have been used.I purchased 3 sunscreens through Amazon and 1 through Yesstyle within their time frame of 6 months, and I just wanted to let anyone interested know that Amazon gave me a very hard time about processing the refund.First, they claimed I needed to contact PURITO. However, their statement clearly instructs to contact the customer service of the store it was purchased from.Next, they claimed no refund could be issued because it has passed the return expiration date set by Amazon. I had to point out multiple times that PURITO announced this was valid for any purchase within the last 6 months.They finally agreed to refund all 3 products but are requiring me to return the most recently purchased sunscreen. Even though I think this is wrong, I honestly just didn’t want to continue the chat as it had already lasted about an hour.I sent a message to the Yesstyle team and am waiting on email response.Hopefully, these companies will develop a better processing plan of all of these refunds as the situation becomes more familiar to them!
