[Product question] Can the Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid serum potentially help with eczema?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I got the Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid serum once again because I didn't give it a fair chance when I tried it a year ago. I found that it absorbs so much better on a damp face and the feeling I get after it is smooth and hydrated. I have eczema on my hands and I sometimes rub the remaining serum on them. After that I use the Cerave lotion to seal that in. Can this little routine help my hands? This isn't the only thing I use to treat them so I don't fully rely on it. I have a prescription steroid cream that does most of the work, but I was wondering if the hyaluronic acid and the Cerave lotion could be beneficial as well.
