Hi everybodyI am currently looking for ways to heal my skin. Could somebody please tell me if there`s hope for my dermatillomania scarred legs? The scars are approximately 2 years old and I would do anything to have my skin back.I started picking in this area specifically because of ingrown hairs that would cause inflammation. For a few months I`ve been doing IPL laser hair removal sessions on my legs, to stop the ingrown hairs from forming. So far it has worked. Now I`m in a position where I need to find the right medical procedure to get rid of the leftover scars. I have consulted 3 different dermatologists in my country in the past 2 years and they didn`t really seem to come up with solutions. I`ve heard of lasers like IPL photofacial, pico, co2re, neodymium YAG, Q-switched alexandrite, Q-switched ruby and sinon ruby, but I`ve got no idea which one would be the most effective.
