I've had facial acne for 12 years now and nothing I've done has ever eradicated it. What am I doing wrong?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm 24 now (male), and I've had mild acne for 12 years now. I tried topical creams, meds, different kinds of soaps, the whole thing. For the last 2 years I've been using Dermalogica products. They seem great, but I still have mild acne.I would describe my skin type as oily and acne-prone, but I think it's oily because I've been dehydrating it for the past 12 years, so maybe it's more dehydrated than actually oily. Here's my routine: I shower at night because I hate sleeping "dirty". After I've washed/conditioned my hair, I wash my face with the Dermalogica clearing skin wash (contains salicylic acid). Every other day I'll exfoliate with an exfoliating glove while the soap is still on my face (that I wash every week, I know I should only use it once and then wash it, but I'm lazy and don't have that much laundry to do so). After I've washed my face, I use the Dermalogica daily microfoliant with salicylic acid and rice enzymes (which smells like crap btw) that I massage into my face for about a minute, and then I rinse it off. That's pretty much it for the night routine, except that before I got to bed I'll put some Stieva-A cream on the pimples and red bumps I have (it contains 0.025% tretinoin). When I wake up, I wash my hands and splash some warm water on my face to rinse it, then I hand-wash it with the same clearing skin wash I use at night. I then apply some Dermalogica clearing mattifier on my nose and forehead (to stop the oiliness), which contains 2.0% salicylic acid. Finally, I apply some Dermalogica oil control lotion (which is supposed to be a moisturiser) all over my face, including my nose and forehead. This product also contains salicylic acid.I have noticed that when my sleep schedule is disturbed, I get more pimples/white heads. I don't know if it's actually related or just my imagination. But that's it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. What should I change about my routine? Can this subreddit help me finally get rid of this pure evil that is facial acne once and for all?
