Serum with Vitamin C, Retinol, Salicylic Acid AND Niacinamide - good idea or really bad idea?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi, just posted this in SCAUK, but thought it might be worth asking here too!I wondered if anyone could offer any opinions on how well this serum is likely to work? Thinking of buying it for super-congested/spotty skin days (I have skin that's used to acids and retinol, so I think occasional use wouldn't be too harsh for me).I like the idea of using all the ingredients because I've had good results from each individual one separately, but am I right in suspecting these ingredients would have negative effects on each other's effectiveness?(Vitamin C Serum 20% with Retinol 2.5%, Salicylic Acid 2%, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Tea Tree Oil and MSM)Thank you!http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00NY5NGPE/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=35XISA04L2X58&coliid=IV6RWCC6IRPXH
