[Acne] I had this cyst shot at the dermatologist but it's coming back again. Any tips on how to deal?

I don't have time to see the dermatologist before I leave town :( Last time I went I was given a sulfur wash, epiduo and aczone and I've been using that. I'm going on an oral antibiotic tonight, should that deal with this cyst? It's very uncomfortable and looks horriblehttp://imgur.com/a/eHPtl
