Beauty Tips For Body Care
I've been used to trying random cleansers by neutrogena, proactive, etc. and random spot treatments. Sometimes things would work (or so I thought) but then would get worse over time. I've finally decided to go to a dermatologist and improve my diet.Judge my routine.Morning: Wake up, workout, come home, shower (washing acne areas with 10% BP clean & clear wash), then after showering put on Onexton on spots, then moisturize with cetaphil. Then I have a large breakfast and a Doxycycline.Late Afternoon: Put on Aveeno 30 SPF sunscreen, work out (running outside), then rinse off just with a washcloth (wiping off sweat).Night: Big dinner, doxycycline. Rinse off in shower with a Cetaphil cleanser. Apply onexton and moisturize with cetaphil moisturizer. Sleep in tank top.So I was wondering. Should I only do the onexton once a day? Also, for my washing I have multiple different cleansers. My derm recommended me a 10% BP wash, so I take that in the mornings. Should I do it at night too or should I stick with a normal wash (cetaphil cleanser/cerave hydrating cleanser) at night? And one more thing, should I take a cottontail and some rubbing alcohol and use that to get off dirt after my afternoon workout instead of just rinsing with a washcloth?Thank you!
