[Routine Help] Travelling to Southeast Asia for 5 months in October. What products can I find to substitute for my current routine?

I'm from a cold climate (Canada) and I have super oily skin and have had problems with blackheads and small pimples (never big ones). Haven't had too much success in the past until I started this routine a few months ago. I currently use:1) Cetaphil Oily skin cleanser2) Neutrogena deep cleaning astrigent (2% salicylic acid, alcohol based)3) Cetaphil moisturising lotion4) Daily non comedogenic sunscreen, spf 30 (I switch brands all the time)I SWEAR by this routine, but I'm extremely worried that I won't be able to find similar products when I'm away to S.E. Asia. I'm also scared that the hot and humid climate will wreak havoc on my skin. I will be taking doxycycline as an antimalarial when I'm over there, which should actually help my acne but in turn make my skin more sensitive to the sun.Does anyone have suggestions on products I can use over there? I will be in Thailand, Cambodia, Loas, Vietnam and possibly Myanmar or Indonesia. I know in some parts of Asia they are super serious about skin care so I'm sure they have some good stuff but I have no idea what brands to look for. Help me SCA!
