[MISC] Can someone more knowledgeable in skincare than I ELI5 why my skin can be perfect on my cheeks yet so horrible on my chin and forehead? Why doesn't acne affect my cheeks at all?

I can put any products on my cheeks and they don't break out. Anything. I've never (knock on wood) had even a zit anywhere on my cheeks. However, my skin on my chin and my forehead is just horrible. It's a hormonal mess and products can irritate it if I don't watch what I use, and the PIH lasts for weeks and is bright red.I don't even use BB or concealor on my cheeks, but cake my chin and forehead.Why does acne affect only certain areas of our faces? Wouldn't it affect it all? I just don't understand the distribution of acne and irritation. I'm at my wits end with my forehead and chin.Sorry if I sound dumb, and thanks.
