[Personal] Stress-acne is a thing

I've had a bunch of things to do this week, and I've been losing sleep, over-caffeinating, and generally stressing myself out. Despite sticking to my routine, I got my first cystic acne in a long time and it has just stressed me out more. I used a hydrating face mask last night to combat my coffee-induced dehydration and am trying not to let things get under my skin (no pun intended) today.Just wanted to remind people that having the perfect routine isn't always everything and that taking the time to relax and take care of yourself is worth it.
