[Skin Concerns] and [Routine Help] Need to start a routine soon; Can I use Bio Oil, ScarGuard and Cocoa Butter at the same time? How?

I'm going to be having a major surgery on my chest soon and I've tried to scour the internet for advice on these three products. So far I've heard great things about all three.I understand that Scarguard has to stay on for at least 12 or 24 hours to be effective, but how can I incorporate the others as well? Could I mix the bio oil and cocoa butter together, apply it, then put a scarguard silicone sheet over it? I'm not sure how to go about this, and I think this may be the best subreddit to post to. Thanks
