Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi. This is my first time to post here so please bear with me if I did/do something that may displease anyone here. Thank you! Here it is. Wrath of all armpitsBrief historyI'm 18. I weigh 58kg. I'm 5'3 tall.As long as I can remember, this unfortunate thing happened to me when I was 10, when I started to use Rexona Spray Deo. I think I used too much that it caused irritation and darkness in my pits. So, I haven't had any stable relationships with deos so I change them frequently if I used up one. The longest deo that I have was probably Block&White. And It's pretty annoying, the left armpit is much darker than the right, I don't know what caused that. >___> And my boyfriend's teasing me non-stop about all of this. [Which, you know, lowers my self -esteem a little.](BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY I CANNOT WEAR SLEVELESS CLOTHES.)So, these past months, I've been searching how to whiten this armpit, and the top result was Baking Soda, oh and Lemon too. I've been using baking soda for 2 months now and just now I saw the sidebar (I'm on mobile and I don't know how to operate on this.) and it specifically said not to use baking soda on skin. Armpits are part of the skin so I suppose it's not good to use it too. Using baking soda eased the BO, for some sort, but it's not an anti-perspirant. And it didn't actually make my armpit lighter.Well for the diet, I eat carbs. Mostly rice. I think this darkness can be caused by diabetes or the Acanthosis Nigricans that you guys might say, but I don't think I have diabetes since my glucose levels are okay. For PCOS, I don't think I have that too.Exercise? Light. And I've been trying to lose weight for some time now but my weight doesn't go 58 less. I don't know the reason why but I have a pretty large and weighted bones, so maybe I think that's that.Hair removal? I frequently use razor blades and plucking. I rarely wax.So, my concerns are:What should I do to whiten this nasty armpit? What should I do with my BO?Since I have read the sidebar, I solemnly swear that I will never use Baking Soda ever in my skin again.(I'm sorry If I haven't asked here before using baking soda because surprisingly, this is the first time I've been to reddit.) Thank you heaps!!
