Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey guys,So I've gone to gym nearly every day the past week. I mainly do cardio on the bikes/cross trainers & end up getting extremely sweaty. I noticed the first couple of days my acne started flarring up despite taking off all my make up, so I started to cleanse my face right before the work out to take off any remaining make up scraps & I also cleanse my face immediately afterwards to I don't have any sweat just sitting on my face. I also make sure to bring a fresh towel with me each time to pat down my face & shower immediately when I get home (about 15min walk from the gym.)My skin has been okay for the past few months until I started working out which is so annoying as I don't want to stop working out when I've only just started! Will this get better as is the sweat just bringing out any remaining stuff clogging my pores or will it continue to be this bad? Or has anyone got any tips they can give me? I haven't gone to gym over the weekend & my skin is slowly starting to clear up again... I'm just frightened to go down again incase it makes my skin horrible again.Thanks so much for your help
