Beauty Tips For Body Care
For the past 5 years or so I've been very serious about sunblock and as my skin got lighter, my freckles and tan disappeared but a bunch of sunspots have been revealed. I've been trying to lighten them ever since with a little slow success. I'm mid-30s with dry skin, acne has never really been a problem.Anyone have any suggestions about products or how/when I'm applying that would be great. I started using Paula's Choice because the marketing seemed the most realistic but I'm sure there is other good products out there. This has been my routine for a little over a year:AMCeraVe Unscented Foaming Facial CleanserPC Resist C15CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing LotionShiseido Senka Mineral Perfect UV GelI occasionally use hydroquinone 2% for about 2 weeks at a time and I see a tiny bit of improvement, but I never really know when to put it on. I've read it works best on a bare face but my morning are pretty rushed.PMCeraVe Unscented Foaming Facial Cleanser.PC Resist Daily Smoothing Treatment with 5% Alpha Hydroxy AcidCeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion.Tretinoin .05% (applied 30 minutes before I go to bed)Olivia Munn posed on instagram that her sunspots and freckles are gone because she started using Proactiv Mark Removing Pads - if that were true I would totally buy them but reviews seem mixed. What are the chances she just didn't want to say she used a laser treatment? I might be interested in IPL or something if it could do that.
