Beauty Tips For Body Care
I wake up dehydrated almost every day. I keep a big jug of water next to my bed to try to alleviate it, but this causes me to wake up and go to the bathroom multiple times per night.On google I noticed that a lot of people in this subreddit use humidifiers for skincare purposes. Has anyone who uses one noticed that it helps with dehydration?(Sorry if this is inappropriate for subreddit)
